ABOUT ME

Growing up, I have always been an introvert. I was that kid that sat on the side lines watching everything around me. I enjoy observing the intricate details of life - the color, the smell, the personality, how people move in it, etc. As I got older, that joy in details grew into an admiration for photography and the ability to tell a story in a single snap shot. So whenever I get a free moment to pick up my camera, I do it! It's been a long time coming, but I am officially done with school (FOREVER, woot woot)! I'm a full time sonographer, working two jobs, trying to balance my career and my love for photography. I spend all day imaging people's insides and during my spare time I like to image people's outside :) Photography is one of my favorite past times, but with only so many hours in a day, it remains my hobby. Thus, I will be available for limited portrait sessions.

That's a little about me... now, tell me about you! I look forward to hearing from you.

Long and Chau | Park Prive

Wedding extravaganza it was! I think everyone who went to Long and Chau's wedding can agree that they had the most exquisite wedding ever! There were 500 guests who came to enjoy the outdoor reception at the beautiful Park Prive. Who would have known that this beautiful setting sat in the middle of one of Costa Mesa's office Park?

Three Petals did an amazing job transforming the space. It was filled with luscious flowers and center pieces, a bouncy house for the kids, a beautifully lit stage with hanging chandeliers, and cool after hours lounge for the party after the party! Even though the reception nothing short of perfection, some of the most beautiful touches of the weddings were when friends and family got involved in the wedding. My favorite part of the night was when the couple's friend, Halyna, came up to serenade the newlyweds while they danced their first dance. The song... "You're Still the One," by Shania Twain. Eek. That song makes me all tingly. Not only was the song beautifully sung, but the bridal party had passed out sparklers for the guests to hold while the couple danced away. It was truly beautiful. I'm getting chills just writing about it!

I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of their day and feel very grateful for the opportunity.

On with the show! Look at those Louboutins! Yum!

Chau's custom made Ao Dai is breathless.

Taking a little snooze before the wedding ceremony!

Her girls were flawless! These photos of the girls were taken by my sister and partner, Catherine Tang. Even when they were waiting their turn while I shot the guys, they looked like a million bucks! Geez. Looking good never seemed so easy!

What do you know... a mini vineyard in Costa Mesa! Wow!

And then they lived happily ever after...
